Position Summary
The Marketing & Operations Manager is responsible for driving execution across marketing campaigns, institutional onboarding, and internal operations. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, project management, and institutional coordination, ensuring that initiatives move forward on time, stakeholders stay aligned, and growth efforts convert into measurable outcomes. This position operates in a hybrid work environment, combining on-site and remote responsibilities.
Core Responsibilities
Marketing Execution & Campaign Operations
- Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital, institutional outreach)
- Translate leadership strategy into structured campaign plans with clear timelines and deliverables
- Manage campaign calendars and ensure deadlines are met
- Track performance and support reporting cadence
Project & Workflow Management
- Own and manage project management systems
- Build and maintain standardized workflows for campaigns, onboarding, and program launches
- Hold internal stakeholders accountable to timelines and deliverables
- Drive operational consistency across the organization
CRM & Funnel Coordination
- Manage CRM workflows
- Maintain clean, accurate data across institutional pipelines and campaigns
- Support visibility into marketing and partnership pipelines
- Assist with funnel tracking and reporting
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Serve as the central coordination point between marketing, leadership, academic operations, and external partners
- Ensure clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders
- Surface execution risks and recommend solutions
AI-Forward Operations
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through automation
- Leverage AI tools to improve campaign execution, reporting, and project management
- Continuously improve operational efficiency through technology

Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a related role
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Preferred Experience
- Experience in higher education
- Familiarity with LMS platforms
- Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects
- Exposure to marketing analytics and funnel reporting
- Experience using AI tools to improve workflows
